Since 2012, our spirits have been distilled, matured, and bottled right here in Dingle. Our hand-crafted approach, shaped by both tradition and the influence of our unique environment, creates spirits that truly capture the essence of this remarkable place.

We are very happy to call this corner of the world our home and have come a long way since we began distilling in 2012.
We have released a range of awarded Single Malt and Single Pot Still Irish Whiskeys, and we proudly distil several other multiple award-winning spirits, including Dingle Gin – the official ‘World’s Best Gin’ and our quintuple-distilled Dingle Vodka.
