Dingle Gin was awarded World’s Best London Dry Gin, along with the overall title of World’s Best Gin 2019. Our aim was to create a truly distinctive London Dry style Gin, one that sits within the rich tradition of gin
distilling.
We use, amongst other botanicals, rowan & hawthorn berries, orange & lemon peel and heather for a taste of the Kerry landscape.
Our unique selection of botanicals is macerated in spirit for 24 hours. The spirit is then distilled, shaping our distinctive flavour as it rises through the neck of the still. This process highlights the attention to detail that defines our overall approach to the art of distillation.
