The seventh release in the Celtic Wheel of the Year Series honours the ancient Celtic celebration of Grianstad an tSamhraidh, the summer solstice. Matured in first-fill Bourbon casks before a long finish in Rye casks. Distilled, matured and bottled at Dingle Distillery.

Add the Dingle Single Pot Still, lime juice and sugar syrup to a tall, chilled glass with ice.
Top with soda water and garnish with a lime wheel or lime peel to enjoy.
