INGREDIENTS
50ml Dingle Orange & Sea Salt Gin
15ml Lime Juice
10ml Agave Syrup or Sugar Syrup
Top with Grapefruit Soda
METHOD
Add all ingredients except grapefruit soda to highball glass with ice and stir well. Top with grapefruit soda.

Rooted in local provenance and distilling, this is a modern twist on Dingle Gin.
Botanicals: Built on the same award-winning botanical recipe as Dingle Gin, enhanced with two distinctive additions:
Orange: Crafted using hand-selected Spanish oranges. Washed, cut, deseeded, macerated and distilled separately in a small copper still for maximum extraction of orange flavour which is blended into our award winning Dingle Gin.
West of Dingle Sea Salt: Created in collaboration with a local family run business on the Dingle Peninsula. Hand-harvested from the Atlantic Ocean in its purest form. Naturally pure and unrefined sea salt adds a subtle minerality, balance and smooth coastal character to the gin which added to the final liquid.
