    Team Spotlight 📣 Say hello to Michelle, our Head of Operations at Dingle Distillery.Michelle has been with us for over nine years and has seen the distillery grow from its early days to what it is now, and she’s been a key part of that journey every step of the way.Michelle started as an Office and Tours Assistant and since then has taken on roles from Operations Supervisor to Office Manager, and now she leads operations across the entire site as Head of Operations.Behind the scenes, Michelle keeps everything moving. She oversees logistics, orders, inventory, and stock, manages the Tours Department, and serves as our on-site HR representative. If something needs doing, Michelle is already on it with calm, confidence, and her brilliantly good humour.But Michelle brings more than just skill to the table. She’s the kind of person who lifts the whole room. Her energy is infectious, her laugh unmistakable, and on team nights out, she’s always the life of the party (her Proud Mary rendition is something else!). She’s been part of our journey from the early days, helping to shape the culture and community we’re so proud of today.As a proud mother of two, Michelle has balanced career and family life with incredible grace. She values the people around her, loves the social side of the business, and is passionate about representing the Dingle brand locally.
