A singular expression marked by time. On the 18th of December 2012, unknown to many, one of
the most significant events for Irish Distilling in decades was taking place in a tin shed in the town
of Dingle, Co. Kerry. Those fortunate enough to be there, witnessed the first Dingle whiskey casks
being filled. The spirit was reborn in Dingle and the birth of a new Single Malt Irish Whiskey. Now,
in 2023 with a sincere sense of pride, we are delighted in releasing our first Single Cask
10-year-old Single Malt.
On the nose you will find notes of summer blossom, sweet honey, butter toffee with molten
honeycomb and ripe fruits. This unique Single Cask 10-year-old Single Malt excites the tastebuds
with freshly squeezed apple juice laced with cinnamon, toffee popcorn, tropical fruit and coconut.
The finish has hints of grapefruit sprinkled with brown sugar, toasted vanilla and subtle spice.
