Poison Apple
50ml Dingle Gin • 75ml Fresh pressed apple juice • 25ml Lemon juice • 15ml Cinnamon syrup • Top with soda • Garnish with apple fan
Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker except the soda water, fill with ice and shake until chilled. Fill a highball glass with ice, pour in your cocktail and top with soda water. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Cinnamon Syrup 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, 1 cinnamon stick. Stir over heat until sugar is dissolved. Steep overnight, then remove cinnamon stick.
